This Biosafety Level 2 (BSL2) wet lab and accompanying office space can support a wide range of life science companies in a variety of sizes. The private lab space is capable of supporting several ISO, Health Canada and College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSA) accreditation requirements. Prospective tenants will also have the option to access the fully equipped shared research laboratory facility and have access to -80C & -30 Freezers, +4C refrigerators, walk-in cooler, incubators, fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, microscopes, centrifuge and more.
